We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, or any other signs of use.
All original tags must remain attached and intact. Items with removed, damaged, or missing tags may not be accepted for return or refund.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without intact original tags may not be eligible for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request.
After receiving your request, we will review whether the item meets our return conditions. We may ask you to provide photos of the item, including its condition and original tags, before approving the return.
If your return request is approved, we will send you the return address and return instructions.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at liujiu2026@outlook.comwith your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide further assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please contact us first at liujiu2026@outlook.com or through our store contact channel. Please do not send any items back without contacting us in advance.
After your return request is reviewed and approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, stained, or returned with removed, damaged, or missing tags may not be accepted.
